      FREE SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

      Within Canada, orders will take approximately 2-7 business days to arrive after processing. Orders placed before 3.00 pm EST will be processed the same day.

      Select Expedited delivery on the checkout page for express delivery for fast delivery  times. Note: COVID -19 protocols may delay quoted times temporarily.

      All packages are shipped via Canada Post. Bijou Boutique is not responsible for any incorrect address information provided.

      Shipping to the United States

      US deliveries may  take 7-14 business days. Delivery available in the contiguous US only. 

      • The shipping price is calculated at Checkout
      • Costs to ship a single garment range from $12 plus $15 handling fee
      • All orders are shipped with a tracking number which will be emailed to you
      • If your order is over $500 please contact us for a discounted rate.

       International (outside Canada and the US)

      International orders can be expected to take 10–15 business days after processing. This can take longer if the package is held up at customs.

        RETURNS

        In the event that you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Clearance items in the Sale Specials collection are not eligible for returns but may qualify for store credit.
